These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyStar, operated by TechAdoptionGroup LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the MyStar website or mobile apps (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One person may hold one account; creating multiple accounts to farm rewards is prohibited.

2. Points and rewards

Points earned in the Service have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are not a security, currency, or financial instrument. We may adjust, expire, or recalculate points to fix errors, prevent abuse, or improve the Service. Any future token or reward distribution is discretionary, may require identity verification (KYC), and is subject to applicable law and these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use bots, scripts, or automated means to earn points or game the system.
Do not create fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts.
Do not interfere with, attack, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service.
Do not post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, including reversing improperly earned rewards.

4. Content creators and social tasks

Creator dashboards, notifications, and social tasks are provided as part of the Service. You are responsible for any content you submit and for complying with the rules of any third-party platform you link to.

5. Wagered games

Where the Service offers point-based games, points wagered are not real money and have no cash value. Participation is for entertainment within the Service only.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (such as hosting, database, push notification, advertising, and identity-verification providers). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of those providers.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of points, rewards, or data.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
